Welcome

Panattoni Wrotham

Welcome. We would like to introduce you to our proposals to create a best-in-class employment park and distribution hub at a strategically placed location on the A20. The 8-acre (3.27 hectare) site is next to Invicta Business Park on the A20 London near Wrotham. The site benefits from easy access to the M26 and the M20.

The proposal is to create a modern warehouse facility with high environmental credentials that could accommodate up to six businesses of varying sizes, supporting between 140 – 265 full-time jobs. The development would be built on the site previously occupied by Marley Tiles and use the current access road.
